GRANUCOL® SIG – Coloured quartz sand

GRANUCOL SIG is a high purity crystal quartz aggregate with a special coating of silicate binders and lightfast pigments. In this glazing like process very natural and light colour shades can be achieved. GRANUCOL SIG with its matt surface permits optimum integration in the coating system and is highly UV resistant.Available in 5 different grain sizes and in over 120 different colour shades.Typical applications: Premixed coloured rendering, decorative resin flooring and wall plasters, jointless & highly stressed industrial flooring, coated roof membranes and panels with topcoat.

GRANUCOL® KG – Coloured quartz sand

GRANUCOL KG® is a highpurity crystal quartz sand coated with synthetic binder and light fast organic and inorganic pigments. GRANUCOL KG® coloured aggregates are extremely light fast and highly resistant to water and chemicals. It is also compatible with water and solvent based binders.Available in 9 different grain sizes and over 2000 different colour shades.Typical applications: Coloured stone plaster and rendering, decorative resin flooring and wall coatings, jointless industrial flooring, coatings of roof membranes and panels, balcony coatings, coloured grouts, decorative stone carpeting.

DORPU® - Coloured quartz sand

DORPU® is a coloured aggregate that has been specially adapted to the production requirements of mosaic plasters.Available in 10 standard colour shades in grain size 0.8-1.2mm.

GRANUCOL® MIX – Coloured quartz sand blends

Five standard coloured quartz sand blends are available in two grain sizes 0.6-1.2mm and 0.3-0.8mm.Customised coloured sand blends are available on request.

GRANUCOL® CONDUCT – Conductible coloured quartz sand

GRANUCOL CONDUCT® is synthetic resin bound conductible quartz sand which enables the formulation of conductible, anti-static coatings.Available in 4 different grain sizes and in colours of black and grey.

GRANUCOL SIG/SIL® – Coloured quartz sand

GRANUCOL SIG/SIL® is coated with a ceramic glaze like coating that provides extreme cohesion of the pigments and the quartz. In addition to its outstanding mechanical durability and UV resistance, the SIG/SIL shows a reduced sedimentation behaviour comparedto resin bound fillers.Available in grain sizes 0.3-0.8mm & 0.1-0.6mm. For use as fillers for composite materials, kitchen sinks and worktops.

GRANUCOL DURA/SIL® – Coloured quartz sand

GRANUCOL DURA/SIL® combines the best characteristics of GRANUCOL SIG/SIL® and GRANUCOL FFB/SIL®. It provides optimised processability with reduced resin use and somewhat reduced sedimentation behaviour. Good resistance to water whitening.Available in grain sizes 0.3-0.8mm and 0.1-0.6mm and in a range of colours. For use as fillers for composite materials, kitchen sinks and worktops.

GRANUCOL FFB/SIL® – Coloured quartz sand

GRANUCOL FFB/SIL® providesan even better cohesion of the pigments and the quartz through the use of adifferent inorganic binder with the same outstanding mechanical durability,lightfastness and UV resistance as the GRANUCOL SIG/SIL. It also provides outstanding resistance to water whitening, faster sedimentation and reducedresin use compared to SIG/SIL.
